NW203 Stepper Exercises



 

 

Exercise 1

Start in front of the small Stepper, place one leg on the bar and raise up. Repeat with the alternate leg.

Exercise 2

Start behind the small Stepper, place one leg on the bar by stepping backwards and raise up. Repeat with the alternate leg.

Exercise 3

Start behind the small Stepper, jump up on the bar holding your feet together and raise up. Repeat.
